I finally bought sulfate-free shampoo

Re: I finally bought sulfate-free shampoo

  • Yay! What did you buy? I've been sulfate and "cone"-free for 4 years now.

I use Deva No-Poo shampoo and Burt's Bees Super Shiny Grapefruit & Sugar Beet conditioner.

  • I just got some Loreal. I don't know how good it actually is, I just saw it and thought I'd give it a shot.
  • Well, enjoy! Obviously I'm a total no-poo nerd and really get into this type of thing.

If it is the Ever Pure, it is not totally sulfate free. If the ingredient has an -ate- in it, there is a sulfate.

That being said - Pureology, Ever Pure & some of the other lower sulfate shampoos are much better for your hair than the regular crap :)

  • It is the Ever-Pure. Hm. Shouldn't say sulfate free if it's not, darn it. I figured, though, since it was Loreal that it was tricky. Still feels nice, though. I'll look into the actually free stuff when this is gone. Smile
