Well I'm really late to this party but OH MY GOD!  I've said it before but I'll say it again...this guy has all the makings of a serial killer.

I'm half tempted to come up there and lay some smack down.  I'm glad y'all called the cops and got that on record.  I hope he has enough sense to stay away.
