  • From my last known weight (2 weeks ago? Maybe? IDK), I'm down 5.7lbs. But then again, I don't really have an appetite. I do not recommend this diet.

    I feel like a total crazy person for saying thing (because I NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS thought I would), but I've had to start tracking calories to make sure I'm eating enough. I've felt really light headed & overall icky when I run & I know it's because I'm not eating enough. I ate more yesterday than I had been the past few days & my run was so much better. .

  • I was up .6 when I did my weigh-in yesterday but I'm right in the middle of AF so I'm attributing it to that. Is that actually the reason? I'm not sure, but I'm gong to tell myself it is. I'm so close to my goal weight but I've been a bit stagnant lately. I need to kick it up a notch and track my points more closely.

  • I am back on track! Woot! I think I lost about a lb since last week, but I don't really remember what awful number the scale said last week so I'm not exactly sure.

  • I'm up 2 lbs, but AF is here and I drank and ate A LOT this weekend. I'm bummed, but not surprised.

  • I am not quite sure what my weight was when I got pregnant this time, so I don't know how much I've gained.  I don't think I gained anything from my 12 week to my 16 week appt though.  The doctor was not worried.  I am still getting sick most every day from acid reflux though, which SUCKS!

  • I am at back at my lowest weight this year. I can't use stress as an excuse any longer.

  • I haven't gained or lost any weight for 3 weeks.
  • I am down 2.2 pounds from last week. I am not sure what I did differently but I will take it. My WW membership was a waste of money since I haven't logged my points once. Hopefully I can get motivated to start the 30 Day Shred and C25k soon. I still have 19.4 pounds to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. Then I would like to lose another 20.
