I really liked The Urban Homestead.  It has great step-by-step (often with pictures) instructions on all of the following.

Learn how to:

Cool! I know this is allowed in our area and I'd love to read more about it! It would certainly produce more eggs than my husband and I could eat, but maybe I could get a little egg-supply chain going!
