Photo editor
So I have a simple photo editing program on my computer but I'd really like to get one where I could do more. I'd like to start off with something free just to get the hang of it and then possibly invest in a better one. Does anyone have any good advice on a free download program I could get? I'd really like one where I could have the picture in black and white and let a color pop like a flower. I know there is a term for it but I just don't know what it is. Like I said I'm just starting out.

It's called spot coloring, and GIMP is a pretty popular free option. Here is a tutorial on how to do it using GIMP:
