Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Domestic violence...
One of my cousins had a facebook status saying "pray for my little sister because she's having brain surgery today"...I had not heard anything about her being sick or injured at all and neither had my mom.
My mom called one of my other cousins to see what was going on. She told my mom that she has a hole in her brain and her brain is slipping into her neck. Because her boyfriend beat her so severely. I'm speechless.
They do have children together. I do know that she has not pressed charges against him, but has gotten out of that house and has a restraining order, he can't come within 500 ft. of her.
Please put her into your prayers. Pray that she has a successful surgery, pray that she can continue to stay away from this person, pray that her kids aren't badly affected by this. I am wishing a slow, painful death on this piece of crap that did this to her.

They're in Ohio. I hope that something is done to him. It's just sad that people feel that violence is the answer.
My heart breaks for her and I am just so shocked. Thank God that she has 6 brothers/sisters and her parents to help her get through this and to help take care of her kids.
