My poor DH..vent

I will start off with:  I am very grateful that my husband has a job in this terrible economy.

However, he is just so miserable and I hate it for him.  The owner of his company is a tool and basically the company lost so much money because he was sinking all profits into his summer home instead of reinvesting some of it back into the company.

Now, when someone quits, gets fired, retires..etc, they do not replace them.  DH is one of 5 guys left.  5!  This time last year, they had 11.  Not only will he have to work extended hours this winter of 7-5:30,6ish.... He will be on call for at least 2 days during the week, at least one day each weekend (Not one weekend off from Nov. 1st to April 1st) and they are pretty sure that Saturdays will be mandatory.  These 5 guys are going to be run so ragged.  I also feel for the older guys.  DH is the spring chicken at 27.  One of the guys is in his early 60's.  It really is crazy.

Anyways, if anyone knows of anyone looking for an HVAC tech (or a farm/stable hand because he would die for that job) please let me know.  I know a lot of times companies hire one or two guys to take care of the building. We would greatly appreciate it!!
