Meet my husband!

I just remembered that I'm out of the office on training tomorrow, so I'm doing this early...

This is Chris.  We met online in July of 2006.  He's an IT manager at the Department of Public Safety (Canada's equivalent to the US Dept of Homeland Security).

He's also a Captain in the Army reserves where he teaches cadets and trains other cadet instuctors.

He's passionate about the military, the outdoors and our fur babies.  He also loves to cook and is really good at it Big Smile

My favourite thing about Chris is his silly side that only I get to see.  Most people know him as someone who seems quite serious and reserved, so I love when he starts dancing with the dog, chatting about who to vote for with the cat (which he did last week), or singing and dancing in his seat while we're driving somewhere.

Here he is with his other love (sorry about the size!)

And on our recent trip to NYC...

And trying to convince the dog to evolve and walk on two legs...

  • My DH would be absolutely envious of Chris' grill - holy cow that's awesome. I also love the pic of him teaching the dog to dance. Things like that tell so much about a guy's personality.  Thanks for show-and-telling :)
