Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So you need to upload the photo you want to something like "tinypic.com". (You will probably need to resize it to the "Website/Email" size) Copy the web address under the heading "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards". It should be the second option in the list of four.
Once on the nest, you need to click on "my profile" and then in your profile you click on the link that says something like "edit Avitar and Sig" (it should be above your profile picture).
Go to the bottom of the page and in the box that says "My forum Signature" enter this the web address in that you copied earlier. It should look something like this...
[I*MG]http://i53.tinypic.asdfiou12387.jpg[/I*MG] (Minus the stars)
Save this and it should put the picture you uploaded into you siggy!
