Hey Y'all. I dropped the ball for KC this week, sorry. So what workouts have you done so far this week? Are you starting to notice your endurance changing/getting stronger? Any weight loss yet?

I'm going join this party a little late.
After my gym closed last week DH and I decided to start P90X. Yesterday was day one. I've noticed I feel a little better, except for the pervasive exhaustion because the only time we can fit in the workouts is 5 am
This morning was plyometrics. I did the first 45 minutes of the 60 minute workout, but then my kid woke up.
I don't know if I've lost any weight yet. I doubt it since it's only been two days.
