As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

And already this morning is dragggging... I have to wait till I get off work - all the way till 4 pm, but this evening I will be a home owner! 
Had a slight scare yesterday from the LO. I called because we hadn't recieved the final HUD statement with closing costs and he texted me and said "I thought we closed on Friday the 14th". My heart about sunk! I texted back and said all our paperwork said the 13th, and you and our RA asked if we wanted to close on the 13th, so i'm curous where you got the 14th. I really thought it was going to be delayed, but he called right back and said that he'd just written it down wrong on the outside of our folder. OMG. I couldn't believe he did that to me. Was sad seeing all that downpayment money missing from the savings account, but It's all worth it in the end That's why we saved Anywho.. just wanted to share. Everyone here is work is already tired of listening me talk about the house. LOL

I just got a call from the realitor (was nervous to answer cuz i was afraid it was bad news) and instead it was ODD news. Apparently because we were scheduled to close at 4pm the deed would not be titled until the following business day because it was after 3:30 and the seller's RA didn't want to hand over the keys until it was titled, and all the paperwork stated that today was the closing date and the sellers don't want to have to resign paperwork, so we have to move up the closing to 2:30.
Not that big of a deal to us, just means we get the house sooner, it's just that I work in the emergency room and husband works here at the hospital as well and it's not all that easy to find people to work for us, let alone come in just for a 1/2 hour shift. grrrr.. Got it covered though. Man, I'm growing more grey hairs with this process than I thought i would! Next comes the uberfun part of moving! lol
