? for Daycare ladies

Can anyone be a teacher at a daycare? We were so happy with A's new daycare, but now they are taking her teacher out to teach kids 3-4 and we are left with someone who was supposed to be an all around helper. She has no experience, no education/classes. We pay almost 1k a month and I am LIVID!!!

Re: ? for Daycare ladies

  • I'm pretty sure it's all up to the daycare who they hire and what the qualifications of that person are.

That is what I was afraid of Sad

  • I would look at it as they like the girl enough to promote her. They wouldn't leave her to take care of class if they didn't think she wasn't qualified for it.
