Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

IPhone Users...
Ok stupid question alert.
I am so not a techy person, but how do you update your phone? I Have had mine since 08/09 and it is a 3GS, and have only plugged it into the computer once. 
What steps do I need to do to update it? If it is true that it will run faster I am all about it as mine is so slow.

You have to plug it in to your computer, launch iTunes (though if you're on default settings, it should launch automatically), and accept the upgrade. iTunes takes it from there.
You might have to update iTunes before you update your iPhone, though, if you haven't used iTunes in a bit. And then after updating iTunes and your iPhone, you'll probably want to update your apps, too.I'm just offering moral support, because I don't know, either... I always make Josh do it. DH did pre order us the iPhone 4s... It might be in tomorrow, and I really hope so, so I can play with it on our trip!
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
