Her surgery went well. She went in at 1030am and wasnt out until around 400pm which was a lot longer than they originally told us. They did have to remove lypmh nodes ebcause the cancer had spread there. With that information, she will have to undergo chemo therapy which was hard for us to hear because the surgeon told us that she didnt believe that would be something that she would have to do so we werent ready for it. But all in all, she is doing well. She has been getting up to use the restroom with ease which is nice and also having limited discomfort. She is a doing well and still as positive as she can be with all of this.
She isnt going anywhere. I am not a good enough mom yet, so I cant lose her. I am still learning!
