As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Short Sale Process -- Freddie Mac Approval??
We got word a few days ago that the seller's bank had approved our offer on a short sale and that the seller had negotiated a settlement with their bank. The first and second (same bank) both signed off. Now, I'm learning that Freddie Mac has to approve the deal -- anyone have any insight as to how long this part takes and if this is normal?
