Not saying anything on facebook

But ccc knows, of course!

I'm posting here b/c I would love some prayers and good thoughts.

Got a big shock last week when I found out I am pregnant. Dr. told me 2 years ago I wasn't ovulating, hormones were out of whack, etc. It would be difficult to get pregnant.

My kids are 8 and 5 now so there's a bit of fear since it feels like it has been so long since I was at this stage in life. Then there's the issue of my work that is starting to take off.

So DH and I went in yesterday for the first appt. Dr. did and ultrasound, said the original EDD was off b/c my cycles are 6 weeks long (which I kind of suspected). He couldn't see a heartbeat, which he said is normal for someone who is 4 weeks along. Wants me to go back in 2 weeks.

Then he says, "The only thing worth noting is that there are two sacs."

TWO.

He was careful to say not to get freaked out/excited a/b twins just yet. One of the sacs looked a/b 2/3 the size of the other one. The nurse called me with my HCG results today. Looks very healthy, whatever is happening in there.

Anyway, if you pray, could you please pray for physical health of me and everyone else that is in my body as well as mental strength, wisdom and patience? Would sooo appreciate the prayers.
