On the 5th I am going to Cincinnati to see Wicked with some friends. S has seen it multiple times and P I know has seen it at least a couple... P's sister is also going, I don't think she has been, but I am not sure. I on the other hand, know nothing about it. I kinda signed up more for the "girls weekend" aspect of things...

Have any of you been to see it? Did you like it?

You will love it! I saw it at the Stranahan when it was in Toledo. Even if you're not a fan of theatre you will not regret seeing Wicked.

I saw Rent at The Stranahan 12 or 13 years ago and loved it.

It is amazing! You will LOVE it (and probably cry too!). After seeing it at the Stranahan, I became obsessed and purchased the soundtrack and the book that it is based on. I am so jealous you are going! Have fun and let us know what you think.

I love Wicked!!  C and I went to Chicago for our one year wedding anniversary and saw it there.  I agree with everyone else, you will love it for sure!  I would love the soundtrack, and I wanted a "Flying Without Wings" shirt too.  lol

It's REALLY good!  I saw it in Columbus and was thoroughly entertained.  The ending is different than the book ending.

LOVE Wicked!  We saw it twice when it came to the Stranahan last spring including once front row.  It's one of our favorite shows, the music is incredible....just the entire thing from top to bottom is fabulous.  We were just listening to the soundtrack in the car on the way to BG on Saturday and singing along with it and even years after seeing/hearing it the first time, we both still get chills.  The Glinda who has been on tour for a while just recently left the tour as well, so you get to see a pretty new Glinda which is exciting!   Enjoy!!
