Ring sizing/jeweler recs?

H and I need our wedding bands and my e-ring sized. His was screwed up when they sized up and I lost weight.Everything we've done has been through wholesalers/friends and now that we're in a different State I have to find someone to go to. I also have no idea of how much to expect to pay. Our wedding bands are comfort-fit plain (mine's white gold). My ering has side set stones, all 3 prong set. Also, if you can recommend a jeweler either in the loop or wicker/lincoln park area that would be awesome! Thanks

Re: Ring sizing/jeweler recs?

  • I use New York Jewelers on Wabash Ave.  (jewelers row).  Very reputable.

  • I really like James & Sons. They re-sized my ring by putting in the sizing beads, so it didn't weaken the platinum. They are located on Clybourn, just west of Sheffield. (in LP). They did it in a couple hours and it was $50.
