Rec Your Lafayette Realtor!

H and I are moving to Lafayette (from Lebanon)!  Our lease is up in July, so we haven't quite started house hunting just yet, but hopefully soon.

Do any of you have any realtor recommendations?

Any particular area of Lafayette you'd avoid?  Any area you'd recommend?  TIA!

Re: Rec Your Lafayette Realtor!

  • Yea! You'll be closer to me. The 350 S/Veterans Memorial Parkway is very nice, and filling up. S 9th Street has some historic and older homes that are lovely. My parents live in Orchard Heights - a quiet neighborhood with nice homes that were built in the '60s and up. Tanglewood Heights popped up more in the '80s, but also nice homes. Ummm....I don't personally know any realtor rec's, but I'll ask around. Pick up a Homes and Lifestyles magazine, if you can. This little baby has tons of homes for sale, and realtors photos/contact info.
  • I def. recommend using Parker Team Homes, part of Keller Williams Realty. Our realtor was LuAnn Parker, but there are others on her team! She was absolutely wonderful for my DH and I!
