Doc rec's?

Hey guys, I was hoping someone wouldn't mind giving me?recommendations?for doctors in the Orlando area, preferably in the UCF area, but I'm open to anything pretty much east of I-4. ?I'm looking for a permanent dentist, just for general cleanings and such. ?Also, I am looking for an OBGYN. ?I'm looking into getting an IUD, so if anyone has had a good experience with that, I'd love to hear where they went. ?This might be getting too specific, but if anyone has gotten on who hasn't had kids, that would be even better (I've heard some docs are reluctant to give IUD's before having children).

Oh and I have cigna, if that helps.?

TIA!!!!

  • My OB is Dr. Emma Fritz who's office is in the Waterford Lakes area. She's fantastic! She's part of a small practice (which I think is important if you want to have children down the road) of 3 doctors; the other two working at the office downtown.

I'm really particular with my dentists, and I found a great one in the Metrowest area - Dr. Lee.

  • i LOVE my dentist - Dr Bliss in Oviedo (alafaya and mcculoch) but he's not on my new dental plan :-( so i have to find a new one too

my GYN is Dr Crofoot on 50 and Bumby. I love him. He is very reluctant to give an IUD (well at least Mirena) to women without kids (unless oyu plan on never having kids) but he will do it for you if you want him to.

  • www.obandgyn.cc  They have 3 offices and are wonderful.  I know you're talking about IUDs, but if you ever want kids they deliver at Winnie Palmer, which I have found out is definitely a plus!
