Dating update and funny email
Just an update to my dating life...
Went on a 2nd date with the Vet on Friday night. It was nice but I'm not sure if I'm attracted to him. Also, I'm pretty sure he hasn't dated anyone in the past 5 years--will get more info on that this weekend when we get together.
Wednesday night I have plans to meet a DILF for drinks (yup, dad I'd like to eff). He's a teacher and much older than me, but it's just drinks so why not?
Over the weekend I got an email from a 68, yes I said 68(!) year old man from Switzerland (he profile said he lives in Lyon). Even with my elementary knowledge of French, I was dying laughing:

I'd say this too except he's (probably) a real person and that's cruel. I think it's pretty sweet of him to repeatedly emphasis that you get to pick the house (or did he mean the country you two would live in?), and wanting a kid at almost 70 is pretty dang ambitious. He sounds like a keeper ;-)

Hmmm, well I had liked the sound of the vet, but if you're not attracted to someone it's hard. Let us know what else you learn about him.
And I don't think 14 years is too bad for the dad. I'm sure it's refreshing to be around a mature man after the time you've been through. I frequently wish DH had the patience and perspective of an older man....eventually I suppose he will. Let's hope!
