Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. We Close Next Tuesday!
Eeek, my closing date is next Tuesday! I am on pins and needles right now. I feel like I have so much coming up! We close the 25, I have my work bridal shower the 26, a housewarming party that the soon to be inlaws insisted on throwing the 29, the new appliances get delivered the 31, and then my wedding the 11. I am trying to stay calm, but oh my...I don't know how I am going to get through all the upcoming events and still be sane! My fiance and I have to paint the walls and move in sometime in the midst of all the activity. I wish I could create a look-alike for a few weeks so I could get it all done!
Anyway....is there anything I need to be aware of with the closing coming up so quickly? Like...what are some things that could potentially delay the closing? If it gets delayed, when would they set a new closing date? Do the new owners typically hand over the keys at the closing table? What is the closing process like? How long does it take?
Sorry for all the questions...I am just really nervous/excited!
