3 Little Words
Nope, not the 3 you're thinking of.
L told me 3 little words last week that had more meaning than "I love you" in my head. He said "You're the one", and it blew me away. No one has ever said that to me before, and I know in my heart he was sincere. I feel the same way about him.
Things weren't all roses over the weekend though. He missed his DD a ton on Sunday and was hurt when she didn't call him like she promised she would. XW took her up north for a wedding all weekend. He ended up calling her and talking to her, but was depressed after the call because he felt that his DD is closer to her mom than to him. I told him to try not to worry about it, because it won't always be that way. It just hurt to see him upset.

Thanks Ladies. We've been together a little over 4 months, but it feels longer than that (in a good way, lol).
This post makes me so happy! It's such a good feeling hearing that, and knowing in your heart that it's honest and sincere, isn't it?
While it's never good that L was missing his DD and getting down in the dumps about their relationship, I'm glad he feels like he can share that with you and you support him. That's important!
No, we've both already said "I love you". I just think this means more.
They were married a little more than a month after meeting. But I'll give them credit- they have been married longer than I was to XH!
