We had my brother-in-law and sister-in-law and their 2 little daughters over for dinner on Saturday. I made Sugar Cookie dough from scratch for the first time, and my and my 3year old niece rolled it out and made Halloween cookies and decorated them. It was fun! I know for next time to roll the dough out thinner...my cats and bats are a little bloated!
IUI #1 10/12/11 (Bravelle + HCG + Prometrium & acupuncture) = 10/26 BFP! Beta #1=250, Beta #2= 615. 1st u/s 11/8.

my weekend was fabulous!
celebrated my birthday with friends and family in los gatos. there was tiny bit of drama when a guy asked me to dance and DH saw the whole thing..he tells the guy i'm his wife and the guy kinda just laughed at him..so, then it took everyone there to calm him down....ah well. but he was ok afterwards..rest of the night was fun.
saturday we drove to thunder valley for the night..didn't win any money but had fun anyway. then yesterday we went to my sisters in orangevale for awhile since that's where i dropped the kiddo off.
I had a pretty good weekend. On Friday night my sister and I got together and started working on our ideas for next weekend's Freeze Off (our 4th official who-can-create-the-best-frozen-treat family-wide judged competition).
Saturday my sister found her perfect wedding dress in the morning, and then I went up to SF with her and her fianc?. We had dinner and went to bed early in preparation for Sunday when my sister ran her first full marathon (the Nike Women's). She kicked butt, and I was so proud of her!
Tea Time for Lulu
We went to a beer festival in Brooklyn on Staurday and had an absolute blast. We tasted oodles of beer and got to hang out in Brooklyn, which we never do. By the end of the day, we looked like this:
