best and worst parts of your weekend!

best: finding a flat screen for our office upstairs for $270, and watching the dawgs win...even if i almost had a stroke.

worst: apparently, knology can only come saturday and "install" our upstairs cable box....and they'll be charging us $30 to do so. BOOOOO. also not happy i bought a groupon to the bakery we got our wedding cake from, so we could get cupcakes for our anniversary..and they're closed today!! DOUBLE BOO.

worst - not really worst, but bittersweet - my best friend shaved her head last night and i could only be there via skype.

Best: Taking part in a gorgeous wedding for a wonderful couple. I'm so happy for my friend.

Worst: Lack of sleep

Best - going shopping with a friend and her sweet baby girl. Bonus, I actually found boots that I like that fit in the very first store we went to! That never happens. DH and I also finally came to the decision on what to do with our guest room (getting a queen bed and furniture) and "closet" room (soon-to-be "second guest room" with some of the old crap from the current guest room). We're committed now, since we stumbled upon clearance bedding we like for the guest room and bought it.

Worst - just not enough time. We also spent too much this weekend, but at least there's no mortgage payment this month (refi).

Best: Finally getting to relax with a weekend off from bike racing, getting the new sheets and linens on the bed finally, fun dinner with friends on Friday night.

Worst: Being lazy, really lazy, but it was also fun...the house needs cleaning. This is more reason why I need a cleaning service every month.

Best: We got a LOT done this weekend and the weather could not have been better. Dinner with our friends on Fri night, then went out to Swift-Cantrell Park on Sat, & Capital Grille that night (ZOMG SO GOOD). On Sunday we went and spent more $$$ on MrB's wardrobe and had dinner with my parents. And yes, we did get to meet the precious new baby! Baby Grace is here and so cute.

Worst: I did not sleep but maybe 3 hours total last night. Maybe it was the pumpkin spice tea after dinner or maybe it was the zombies... Walking Dead came back on last night. Those F'ers are skeery!

best: the weather and yummy drinks all weekend. also- seeing that my grandma is getting better

worst:  my grandma getting sick; not seeing the walking dead premiere with everyone else since we stream everything and don't have cable!

this is why i flat-out REFUSE to watch anything with zombies...they legit give me night terrors.
