What sort of budget?
I have done like a platter of sandwiches, fruit salad, potato salad, and dessert from someplace like Togos for about $50-70. Usually I have to feed around 30, so I bet you could do cheaper.
If you have several people helping, you could delegate that one person bring a fruit salad, one person a green salad, etc and then you handle the main course.
very casual. party would be around 11 am on a sunday. Not sure what the budget is. (i am not the party planner just getting ideas for the person that is planning, she asked for suggestions) I am sure it could be a combo of DYI and store bought.
All input is helpful and I will just pass the info along and she can make the final decision.
