Halloween stores?

Anyone know of any seasonal "Halloween shop" places in the fort caroline/arlington/intracoastal area?

I had an idea for costumes for DH and I for Halloween.. and while he's agreed to do it, I don't think he's excited about it. And since I'm just excited to be able to dress up, I told him we could go look at more traditional costumes and see if there was something he'd like more (and honestly, I dropped the ball and haven't even bought anything to make my other stuff, so I wouldn't be completely heartbroken)... but the only place I can think of is the party store at beach/hodges... and not sure what kind of selection they would have..

Re: Halloween stores?

  • Maybe others can correct me, but I thought they all had the same stuff.
  • Oh I know they have the same types of stuf.. I just thought the seasonal Halloween shops might have more variety than the party store that also has 2 aisles of wedding and baby shower nicknacks

  • Ohhhh! Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you were talking about the Halloween store on Atlantic/Hodges (my mind skipped over beach - oops). That one does have the same stuff as other Halloween stores, but probably more than a party store.
  • I didn't know there was one there! That's perfect.

  • There's a Spirit halloween and another one right across the street at Atlantic Blvd and Southside, they have similar costumes, but hopefully what your looking for! I think the one on the right hand side has slightly better prices...can't remember what that one is called though. Good luck finding a costume!
  • I know it's not in the area you posted about, but there is a seasonal store at the Avenues Mall and there's a costume shop on San Jose Blvd. across the street from Wal Mart.
