House cleaning?

Hey ladies!  I am looking for a house cleaner to come in to my house every other week or every 3 weeks.  We live in the Bothell/Mill Creek area and don't want to pay a ton.  I've looked on craigslist but knottie recommendations worked like a charm for my wedding so hoping you all have some recommendations for me.

I've been using my cleaner for about 3 years now and I really like her.

It's $100/2800 sq ft.

It always goes to a machine, but she calls back the same day in the afternoon.

UW - I've contacted her and she seems good, just curious how often you use her services?  And do you pre-clean before she shows up?

Every 3 weeks, but I stretch it to 4 weeks when I'm gone for long stretches of time.

I just pick up the house, but I don't clean.
