how do i answer that?
so i'm filling out the forms for an upcoming appt with the fertility specialist. so when i came across
"Reason you are coming to see us?" i mean isn't it obvious..should i say..umm, to make..a baby..?? it made me lol

Write in something goofy, like "because you have the BEST magazines in the waiting room!"

I am sure there is a ? that asks how many times you have sex.
When we filled out something similar @ Kaiser, DH answered: As many times as humanly possible."
