Easy Bake Tilapia

I'm pretty sure there are a few of us who like tilapia.  I found these recipe a few weeks ago and made it tonight with my own modifications.  Thought you guys would like it.  It was really tasty!!

I based my recipe off of this one, but changed it a bit for what I had and my tastes. Here is the link http://allrecipes.com/recipe/easy-baked-tilapia/detail.aspx

Here is what I did

4 frozen tilapia filets (thawed)
Garlic salt
Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tbsp butter, cut into pieces
Bag of mixed veggies ( i used a bag with carrots, califlower, zuccini, and green beans) whatever you like will work
Italian Bread crumbs ( i prefer tilapia breaded, i dont use an egg, rinse filets with alittle water and then bread, so the fish has just a light coat of crumbs)

Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Rinse off tilapia filets and coat with bread crumbs and lay in pan. Dot with the butter pieces. Sprinkle garlic salt and Old Bay Seasoning on tilapia to taste. Spread veggies around tilapia. Sprinkle with alittle salt. Cover and bake 25-30 mins.

I served with whole grain cous cous, def will be one of my go to recipes for tilapia!!!
