Oh Silly 15 year old boys

I was training a 15 year old boy to wear contacts this afternoon. He was so distracted by the fact that I'm a girl and have boobs that it took twice as long as it should have. I even went and got the doctor to help because I thought it might help. It didn't.

 Oh and I should mention my work clothes are khakis and a men's polo that is so big you can't even tell I have a chest.  Boys!

Is he home-schooled and never allowed to leave his house? You would think that a normal teenager would be used to "girls" by then.

Although, I grew up in a house full of females, even the dogs (poor dad) so I wouldn't know what goes through the adolescent mind of a guy.

He sounds a bit immature.  My 13 yr old isn't that obsessed with boobs.

I think that is a big part of it. I was getting mildly annoyed because I was talking about how to take his contacts out and he was not even remotely paying attention and then couldn't do a thing I said to do.

That's when I would have snapped loudly and said, "Hey, do you want to actually be able to see or do you want to poke your dang eye ball out?  Better yet, do you want to screw up and end up with an oozing puss ball instead of an eye?"  You have to be firm and tough with them.

I will remember that for next time. I've trained an 11 year old boy recently and he was so much easier, he just wanted the contacts not to look at me the whole time.
