Seriously I am thinking that my IQ dropped overnight. SO yeah.....
On another note my sewing is going beautifully. I promise before and after pictures.
Anyone read about the escaped exotic animals in Ohio. They are about 200 miles from me here in Fort Wayne. It is possible to have them come this far by now. Just an FYI. I think it unlikely but still. Watch your children and pets outside.
So what animals do you enjoy at the zoo? What zoos have you been to? when was the last time you went to one?

Happy Wednesday! I am back from the move. I heard about the animals, and it is so very sad.
Best zoo I have ever been too and I miss being able to go whenever I want, is Brookfield Zoo. I love the wild cats, bears, well I pretty much love most of them.
I saw something about it on the news, but I was in a rush to get out of here, so I didn't get much out of it. I promised a friend of mine I'd sub for one of the sick lunch ladies today, so I spent the last 2 hours wiping down tables in an elementary cafeteria.
I've been to the Indy Zoo, the one at Columbian Park here in town, and the St. Louis Zoo - I think that one's my favorite. I have a love of turtles and almost anything reptilian, so that's where you'll find me. Also the giraffes, elephants, and koalas.

Congrats on the move! I love Brookfield too. I went a couple of years ago again as an adult and it's still very impressive. The enclosures are great and the dolphins are always fun.
How is Lincoln Park Zoo? I've been curious since "Return to Me" came out since so much of it was filmed there. I've hung out at Topo Gigio, even before I knew the movie was filmed there. The food was great at the time and nothing beats outdoor seating in Chicago in the late summer.

Thank you! I don't like Lincoln Park Zoo at all, to me it is like a prison for animals. Small spaces crammed in to a city. Just doesn't seem right.
