Not showing up for interview WTF?!
We had interviews for a Marketing position that I was doing interviews for yesterday. One lady had been calling me to see if we had made a decision or not yet all last week. This week, I had to reschedule the interviews from monday to tuesday due to a co worker's son's funeral. The girl called me yesterday at 12:30 to make sure we were still on for the Interview at 1:30. 1:30 she doesnt show/call nothing! She left me a message this morning that she would like to reschedule her interview! WTF?! Really you are a no show and dont call and tell me what is goin on, and then think I would hire you..

We had a guy who didn't show up for his first day of WORK, so this doesn't surprise me. He took another job and just decided not to inform us.
At a friends company, an employee just decided for herself to come in late on her first day (she wanted some time to sleep in...) and didn't notify anyone. SHe was fired immediately.

This annoys the h*ll out of me....really really burns me. I'm umemployed looking for work and there's NO WAY I would miss an interview or do all the stupid stuff I've read about. I'm in the marketing field & there are so few good jobs out there. It's amazing how entitled & lazy people are really.makes.me.mad.

North Dakota--Do you have any marketing experience, or Advertising experience? I have had one guy who has no experience, but thinks it might be "fun" in this period of his life. A young lady who kept refering to NBC programs that she loved (We are CBS/ABC). The lady who didnt show up, and one guy who worked at a strip club and would like to continue at the stip club part time. ugg. I wish we lived in a different area right now, but everyone is looking for help in our area. We have an oil boom right now, and people are flocking here for work.
I know, I feel the same way. I've been looking for a job for the last 8 months and there is no way I would miss an interview either since they don't come by for me all that often. These idiots make me so mad. ugh
thats probably why she was looking for a job. Who would have her work for them if that is how she is??
