QOTD Thursday (breakfast)
What is your typical weekday breakfast?

Stand up for something you believe in.
I usually do a quick sandwich (just lunchmeat and cheese) on toast. And then when I get to work, I microwave it for a few seconds so the cheese gets melty.
Today I had no patience for sandwich making and just grabbed some Annie's Bunnies and yogurt. I feel like I'm in preschool.
i don't really have a "usual". I rotate between cliff bar, egg & cheese open faced sandwich, steel cut oatmeal with fruit in it, yogurt with fruit & granola, plain toast, or sometimes even dinner leftovers.
i don't really like cereal or milk so that's really a last resort option.
If there's time, I'll have a bowl of cereal at home (usually either Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, Frosted Mini Wheats, or Golden Grahams). If not, I have boxes of instant oatmeal at my desk that I make at work in the microwave.
If I'm having a rough morning, I'll get a turkey bacon sandwich at Starbucks.
My Food Blog
Really depends.
On days for bootcamp (4 days a week) - cup of oatmeal with a fruit smoothie (frozen fruit, greek yogurt and a spash of juice blended with some ice.
For no bootcamp day (wednesday) - english muffin w. peanut butter and a glass of juice
Fiber One raisin clusters cereal with skim milk, then when I get to work I have an Activia.
The only reason this would change is if we were out, in which case I will have a bowl of oatmeal or a whole-grain waffle.

baby blog/cooking blog

I'm lazy in the AM, so I just pack a frozen light breakfast sandwich (Target brand) and nuke it when I get to work. I have that, a banana, and a cup of coffee everyday. It's pretty filling.
Usually a bowl of cereal (shredded wheat more often than not) with milk, and coffee. In the winter, I'll switch that up from time to time and have some plain oatmeal with pumpkin and dried cherries mixed in. In warmer months, I'll mix it up with some plain Greek yogurt and fruit.
I'm a creature of habit, I eat pretty much the same breakfast and lunch every weekday.
A hard boiled egg, piece of turkey bacon and coffee.
When I get to work I'll sometimes have a V8. And then I usually have some yogurt or cottage cheese as a mid-morning snack.
I eat at work; I have a banana and about 30mins later I'll have some yogurt and sometimes a cereal bar with it. Followed by another fruit. Once in a blue moon, I'll get a wheat 6" breakfast sub at Subway, it's only $2.50. But I don't usually buy breakfast or lunch.
I don't eat breakfast
Eating when I get up makes me sick and i'd rather sleep longer than get up earlier to eat something.
We make the rockin' world go 'round.
It rotates between cereal (usually plain Cheerios or Honey Bunches of Oats), oatmeal, grits, an English muffin or toast, frozen chocolate chip waffles, and cinnamon poptarts (yes, not the healthiest, but they're quick). I usually drink juice or milk, and have a piece of fruit.
One of my absolute favorites is toast with nutella and banana slices. It grosses DH out!
Planning Bio
this morning, it was 4 oatmeal cookies.
i'm not a big breakfast eater, so if i eat anything it's a bowl of cereal or a granola bar. but usually i just don't want to eat when i get up. when i was pg and had GD, it was like torture every morning having to get some kind of egg product down. gag.
