i am itching to make breakfast in the crockpot the next weekend we are home.

not for breakfast but i have been going through this site to see what i wanna try and there is a ton of things that look and sound great! i have been trying not to eat out so much but we get home super late so i have been cooking some of these meals making extras and freezing the rest for another time.

def gonna check out that blog. No breakfast dishes here either. But I have this in the crockpot today for dinner, Comes out delicious, I usually serve over egg noodles.

My new fav is Sweet Potato Chili. YUM!!! And I made cornbread to go with it. I made a huge patch and it froze well. I just had the second batch last night. And the cornbread, I made it with the buttermilk and without, and I actually liked it better without (drizzled with honey of course).

i have a similar problem - the what's cooking ladies told me that my 6qt is probably too big for what i usually make, meat pound-wise. they suggested putting another covered dish inside the crockpot to cook it in - i'll be trying that today if my corningware fits.
