House Drama...**UPDATE**

So we've been waiting on our dream house since June.  It has been so frustrating and LONG.  Well, we heard back from the bank today (it's a short sale) and they countered us 20k MORE then what we offered.  My Realtor is going to do a price analysis of the surrounding areas to show that this house isn't even worth that much.  

PRAYERS pleaseeeeee this ends soon.

 

UPDATE:

My RE told us to counter low the first time in case they were just looking for extra money, but would settle for less.  We countered 3k more then what we offered..so we will see.....

Oh I feel you on the house drama my friend. I am sorry that this has been going on so long. They trick you and make it seem like everything is good to go from the beginning then BAM blind sided. The girls on here did warn me which definitely helped.

 

I hope that you can get the price back down to a good level for you and DH. Maybe since you got their counter the second offer will be much quicker?
