Ugh. Not good. We have seen over 20 houses in person and have done over 100 "drive-bys" where we eliminated the homes because of the location/property. We did see one online the other day that we fell in love with, is updated and is in our price range but, we really need to get our condo listed before we make an offer.
It is coming down to DH needing to decide if he is going to stay in his current job or take a position in north Jersey. Right now, he is really leaning toward staying put which means we are still looking at the upper limits of Westchester/lower Putnam. He wanted to look at Dutchess but, with the physicality of his work 6 months of the year, I don't want him doing a three hour round trip commute.
At this point, we won't be in a house before the new baby arrives *sigh* We'll make it work somehow.
