PSA Felt and Joanns
I was just there and the wide bolts of felt (72") are on sale for $2.99/yd. I completely forgot to look at the content because there was only one bolt of the color I needed in the entire section (and that one wasn't on sale). I think it said "Eco"-something on the label.
Thought I'd pass this along in case anyone needs felt for Christmas crafts or even Halloween.
And it was nice buying things for Christmas gift making while everyone else was scrambling for Halloween 
Once in a while you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.
