tomorrow was going to be a big home improvement day - windows were going in, i was going to do gardening, and A was going to work on the lawn and clean the outbuildings (sheds). but the rain forcast ruins all that. maybe shopping and movies instead?
sunday we're heading up to boston to meet Brit/C, Sam/Sue, and possibly Janet for brunch

My ILs are in town this weekend, so we have a lot planned.
Tonight we are going out to dinner after L and the ILs take the boys to a fall festival (I'll still be at work.)
Tomorrow morning L and the ILs will take the kids to their Gymboree class while I go get the van inspected. After their nap, we'll take the Metro (subway) to the Cheesecake Factory for a late lunch/early dinner. It is supposed to rain all day, which stinks.
Sunday morning we are taking the kids to another fall festival/pumpkin patch and then in the afternoon, my MIL is going to carve pumpkins with them. Their Godfather and his girlfriend are going to come over for dinner.
Tonight we're going to carve pumpkins and roast pumpkin seeds.
Tomorrow we're going to work on finally putting up the wainscoting in the guest bedroom (Yay!! Finally!!). Then we're going to a friend's house for dinner.
Sunday I'm going to a friend's house for lunch... and I think I'll probably test that morning too!!Maybe I don't have a heightened sense of smell, but I've never smelled any vagina on my pants. -- TSD

Good luck Meegs and Ssg I definitly have my fingers and toes crossed for both of your families!
This weekend we are going to still be taking it easy and doing T's steroid treatments. Its just easier to do it while the kids are at their dads. We also have to get our Halloween costumes done this weekend for my work party. We have decided to cancle the party we were planning to have just cause we don't need the added on stress right now. Whew! We also have plans to go see a movie then go back to the house and play cards this weekend with some of our other couple friends.
Should be a nice weekend!
Between the Cheesecake Factory and the fall festivals (two of my favorite things right there), sounds like a great weekend!!

we're in StLouis for rugby nationals (round of 16) all weekend.
so today: sit in hotel, practice, city museum or zoo, dinner in lobby, check in, sit around and be nervous till fall asleep
tomorrow: early game, watch some games, ice in hotel, dinner at C's parents, PWRFC's Got Talent
sunday: game, watch games, find ice so can walk through airport, flight home.
See a pattern?
good luck SSG and MEEGS!
Tonight, my SIL and I are going shopping while Julie and her brother watch The Hulk on blueray. <------ how exciting!
Tomorrow we are helping J's grandma move in the am, then the afternoon will be filled w/ Apples, Pumpkins, and Hot Chocolate. We are going to the Hood River area, that is fantastic!
Sunday, we will sleep in, and meader the streets of Portland. I will spend the later afternoon crafting, and sewing great confections.
we have two more nights before c goes back to third shift. tonight we're having game night at our friends' house, which should be lots of fun.
we tore up the carpet in our dining room on wednesday (it was not planned), so tomorrow we're pulling up the linoleum that was underneath. it's buckled so we can't just put something else on top of it, unfortunately. hopefully we'll also be putting down some cheap vinyl tile or something similar. we don't want to do anything major or expensive because we plan to remodel the kitchen/dining area relatively soon--within the next few years--and will tile the whole thing, but we need to do something that will last until we get to it. ugh. i'd say it's highly likely we'll be working on that sunday as well.
i also need to find some time to do homework.
I have been feeling very unmotivated and blue lately. I am hoping to perk up this weekend; unpack more boxes from the move, decorate for Fall etc. We found a local pumpkin patch so maybe we'll stop there for a bit, they always make me smile. I may do some fall baking too.
