delicious Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
We made these this morning - i mix the batter, and dh cooks it on the electric griddle. true team effort:

i've never made pancakes without a mix - but it was really simple and i think we'll make them from scratch from now on!
i didn't have cloves, but i had pumpkin spice mix - so i added the amount of cinnamon called for, then 1/4tsp pumpkin pie spice instead of nutmeg/ginger/cloves - and then shook some extra pumpkin pie spice in because i love that pronounced flavor. i was afraid it would be over cinnamony since it's in the spice mix, but it wasn't.
