Yesterday Ed and I had a lovely date day...lunch out (soup, salad and bread at Olive Garden), went to see Real Steel at IMAX, which was good, and then went to Target.
Today we are flea-ridding our house. We don't have a bad infestation, just a few, so we are just cleaning/flea powdering one room at a time. I also need to grocery shop, make soup and apple crisp, and organize for the week. I also have high hopes of doing a short run, but we'll see how lazy I feel

Re: Sunday!
We've been debating seeing Real Steel, was it cheesy good or just good? I'm worried it might be cheesy.
Today I am laying around doing nothing because yesterday was a busy day, and Sean worked from 11pm until 5:30 this morning. This after a full day of fun, so needless to say Sean is out cold and I'm snuggling with Myles.
We had so much fun at the zoo yesterday and I seriously cannot believe how lucky we are to have been chosen to be Myles' mommy and daddy.
Real Steel was a little cheesy, but overall good. The kid in it is great! I cried a little at the end (the cheesy bit) but overall I thought it was much better than I had anticipated.
And the pictures from Boo at the Zoo are adorable! (Yes, I have already stalked you this morning...). And I am pretty positive that the luckiness is reciprocal for Myles as well! I smile every time I look at pictures of all of you--seeing the three of you together just makes me happy.

Good morning, ladies.
Another beautiful fall day, so DH and I are going on a bike ride, then watch some football and grill some burgers. He's assisting in my attempt to meal plan, so we're doing an inventory of the pantry and freezer to use up that stuff first. I already have a dinner and 4 lunches out of what's on hand, and we're not done. Score!
Myles is lucky to have found you too, MO. You're all so happy together - Avery, Trinity, and Langston are definitely watching over you and their little brother.

Good morning.
We had a date night last night too. Went to the Oilers/ Rangers game and was pleasantly surprised to see the Oilers woop some butt in regulation time. It was pretty awesome and we had great seats too.
Today, hopefully Russ pulls the subs out of the explorer and puts them in my Jeep. I can't handle the music situation much longer haha.
Then we are heading out to see his parents (2 hours away) and Russ has a hockey game tonight. I'm going to try and convince Nanny (grandma) to watch the boys so I can keep score.

I'm in the process of baking some mini pumpkin bundt cakes right now... I'm think of glazing them with something maple-whiskey based since I don't want to frost them with icing. I like the idea of a cross between a baba au rhum and cake. It's not yeasty, but I think it'll still work. Later, the plan is to braise some beef ribs for several hours and have the most delicious Sunday dinner in the history of Sunday dinners.
And vacuum. And scrub the bathroom. Oh! And we got official word that the couple we showed the apartment to last weekend are taking it, so that's the end of that hassle!
