Q re: FHA 203k 'draws'

Long and short - ended up with 203k loan in order to install a new septic system with our newly purchased home.
Septic will be installed this Wed, 10/26 and will take two business days.

We don't need multiple draws; we will only need 1, when the work is complete and approved by HUD inspector.

When that happens, we have a # to call.

I know that the request needs to be signed by us, the contractor and the inspector. Does Bank of America also need to sign? At the time, our mortgage hadn't been purchased yet -now it has and it's BofA...so essentially the $ is coming from BofA when the work is complete....I've just read online that BofA often times doesn't have their act together when it comes to 203k draws so I wanted to try and have ours together to make this process easy for payout.

Is this how it works? Any suggestions?
