I have a second interview with job #2 this afternoon. This is the job I really want. So post an interview question for me. One of the best you've heard, a common one, a difficult one, or a new one. Let's practice! :-)

Re: XP: Interview me
Why did you leave your old position?
What makes you feel like you would be a good match for our company?

Bloggity Blog - You know you want to...
What would be the most difficult thing for you about this position? Or what is your greatest weakness?
What can you offer us that the other candidates can't?
Tell us about a time you resolved a conflict with a previous supervisor. (i feel like i get this one at EVERY interview)

Can't really help since my experience is with interviewing for teaching positions. But good luck. The most difficult question we ask is...
Newton is an actively antiracist, anti homophobic anti biased school district how would you incorp. these ideas into your teaching and curriculum?
It is always fun to see the science teachers squirm when trying to answer this question. Very few people answer this well and avoid a trite and superficial answer.
That's all I got. good luck again.
How would friends/co-workers describe you?
What areas within yourself are you trying to develop?
How do you plan to use your skills to help XYZ business grow/develop/etc?
How has your past experience prepared you to work for XYZ?
Where do you see yourself in 5/10/15 years?
Good luck!!!
I know you are already back from your interview, but I think this is a good list of questions so I plan to save it for future reference. So I'll add two I've found challenging to answer in the past:
1. Describe your biggest failure.
2. Describe a team you were part of that failed. What would you have done differently?
