Best place to get craft vinyl?

The cricut vinyl at Joann, Michaels, AC Moore is a ripoff IMHO.
So far I have seen the Vinyl Ease brand stores on Amazon and Ebay, and I have bought some from each of these. (Roll from Amazon and sheets from Ebay).
I also found this site: http://www.uscutter.com/ - haven't bought any there.
I noticed a few other Ebay sellers of vinyl. Where do you buy yours? I want the best bang for my buck.

walmart- i scored 2 rolls for $7 each not great, but still better than $9
for stenciling, I've been using clear contact paper works well
