Hi ladies!
We have a large back yard that really got flooded over the summer with all the rain. Since the the yard is infested with mosquitoes. It is unusable. As soon as we step out there we seem to arouse them and we get swarmed. Do you have any ideas on how to get rid of them? I would really like to be able to take the kids outside again.
TIA

Re: Mosquitoes?
Be sure all standing water is removed first. Then keep the grass cut very short.
If you can find it, Malathion is the best we found. Cutter backyard works okay too. Find the spray bottle that attaches to your garden hose. Follow the instructions on the bottle. Wait until it's dry before kids or pets go back out. We have also used it to spray down the house/porch when they are swarming and literally had to sweep them up the next morning. If your house is raised, be sure to spray under the house as well.

Hi!
Every summer I get attacked by mosquitoes. I looked up some articles on pest control and found out that most bugs really hate oatmeal! Aveeno products have oatmeal in them. They make some body oil you could try. You can also try Avon "skin so soft"- it's a body oil that makes you skin feel great and mosquitose hate it!
Hope this helps!
