Closing
Hi Everyone,
Well our seller agreed to extend our closing date till December. So since i am back to work after being temporarily off (because of one contract that did not close), which gives me time this month to get my 2 most recent pay stubs. We already provided pay stubs, but they came back and asked for more. Well our mortgage lender said we need to provide extra most recent pay stubs to get the loan. Well i am a little worried that what if the bank gets my pay stubs at the end of Nov and then they will ask for pay stubs from Sept and some Oct.
Do you know if that can happen? Did anyone go through this? Did anyone extend closing for another month?
