Build or Buy
My husband and I are ready to move but we need to know which is better.
Buy a house or build a house.
I know both have their pros and cons but we want ot know what everyone thinks. I have heard it is of course better to build because then it is "YOUR" house. Whereas if you buy then there is the renovating to turn it into "YOUR" house. Also the market is better for buying than building right now.
What to do.....?
