Purple Punch Recipe- with alcohol

We are hosting the first stop of our neighborhood progressive Halloween party this weekend.  Each house usually has a signature punch that is served and we all try to keep with essentially the same alcohol, so that we aren't mixing so many types of liquor throughout the night.  This year, everyone is using vodka.  I am in need of a good purple colored punch recipe with vodka (I already have the purple UV Grape Vodka on hand, as well as plain vodka).  I'm trying to stay with purple because my husband and I are dressing up as Justin Bieber and a crazy JB fan, and instead of Halloween paper goods, I got all Justin Bieber plates/napkins/decor to add to our costumes.  All of those things are purple and black and so are our costumes, so I thought a purple punch would fit right in!

Sounds like a cute idea. Sorry I am not good at mixed drinks. My Dh ususally make the concoctions in our house. You could get a good vodka drink recipe and if it is clear add red and blue food coloring to get it purple.

I threw a purple themed bachelorette party a few years ago and all my googling turned up "purple drank" and that's all I could find!! We wound up with vodka, crystal light grape, diet sprite, and limes. It was good!!

well you could try coming up with ingredients that are blue and red. Such as blue caracao for blue and grenadine/cranberry juice/cherry berry pucker for red and etc. for red.

There's grape soda? Grape koolaid?

Pomegranate and pineapple juices mix to create a really cool cloudy purple color. Throw in some lime juice, triple sec, and vodka, and you've got yourself a cocktail!

• 1/3 cup vodka
• 1/3 cup rum
• 1/3 cup gin
• 1/4 cup Triple Sec
• 1 1/2 cups grape juice
• 1 1/2 cups lemon lime soda
• 3 cups ice cubes
• 1 cup red grapes
• 4 lime wedges

We've made blender drinks that came out purple! I think it involved Ketel One vodka, frozen raspberries, and a small bit of blue curacao. Raspberries and vodka are delicious together.

I'm sure about grape vodka, but as someone who has probably drank way too much in my day, I find mixing alcohols to be the best option. But it sounds like an awesome party and I wish my neighborhood were that fun!

These all sound AWESOME!!  Thanks for all of the tips.  I may do a little experimenting this evening and see what I come up with!  The number of people coming is growing...we're up to nearly 75 people, so I'm thinking the simpler, less expensive option that will serve a large quantity of people may win out.  I just have to make a couple of appetizers, as everyone brings something for this party.  Thank goodness I don't have to feed that many people!
