My sister's 30th Birthday
My sister is turning 30 and I would like to take her out to a fancy dinner for her birthday. She loves wine! Can you recommend any restaurants or wine bars in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area? Thanks so much.

Does your sister like Asian food? There's a fanastic Hibachi restaurant on Las Olas, the food is fantastic and it's a fun atmosphere. I don't know how big on wine they are (I usually go with a martini), but that's my favorite place to go for a nice dinner with DH.

Not sure if your sisters birthday passed, but there is a really good restaurant on Brickell called Atrio and another really good restaurant on the beach in the Epic Hotel called Area 31. Both are really nice restaurants with great food. If I?m not mistaken, i believe both restaurants offer wine pairings.
Either way, it would be a nice girl?s night out if you take her to a restaurant to eat then go to a wine bar. The have one in Mary Brickell Village called Cavas and it?s an assortment of about a hundred or more wines. They have appetizer?s there too. HTH
