Interview tomorrow and studying

This job and company, on paper, looks fantastic. I really want this. I believe they are only interviewing 3 people and I'm first. I'm studying their website, job description and my resume. Although it's not an industry I've worked in before, I am confident I would fit in great. Is there a way that I can convince them of that? I come from the private country club world and this job is in the environmental engineering/consulting field. I want this bad!

Re: Interview tomorrow and studying

  • There is no magic answer. They obviously feel you might be the right fit if you got an interview. Just be confident, show them by your interview that you'd be a good member of the team, and see how it goes.

And while it may sound great, also use this opportunity to really see what the people are like. Maybe your potential new boss would be a jerk, and you'll potentially see that in the interview.
